Why Is My Nose Bleeding?

i am bleeding in my two nostrils and i was just standing and speaking vit my boss and suddenly it flows out from my nose I am in UK now and last 5 days summer here and I had dinner yesterday , so what will be the reason please reply me.

Hi,
If there is no cold or congestion in your nose, bleeding might be due to sudden rise in your blood pressure.
Consult your doctor and go for measuring your blood pressure.
Put Otrivin nasal drops.
Do not try to remove clotted blood or crusts from nose.
Ok and take care.
