Why Is My Penis Always Retracted And Troubles While Urinating ?
My penis is always retracted and trouble urinating. No problem sexually and errection is normal. This started to happen in my forties. I am now 51. Is there any treatment to have more blood in my flaccid penis or keeping it from retracting so tightly ?

IF YOUR GETTING ERECTION NORMALLY, THEN NO ISSUE TO WORRY ABOUT IT.
MOST OF TIME PENIS IS FLACCID,

As an Urologist, i must assure you, the penis isn't in erect position, while passing urine. It'll need to be supported or held up in all males, your age.
