Why Is My Penis Tingling After Smoking Weed?

When I smoke weed my and urine my penis tingles, what's the cause and I've been checked by my doctor everytIng is clear,I don't smoke tabacco or drink I've smoked for like6 years and it just started s month ago anything you know that could be causing this.
