Why Is My Skin Getting Darker?

I am 26 years old. I stay at home the entire day but my complexion is getting darker. The symptoms began in March this year. What might be the cause of this? I am not taking any medication. i eat healthy. I have been using a gentle exfoliating facewash for more than 10 years and moisturiser. I do not use make-up..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain dark skin complexion can be due to side effect of any face cosmetic, any allergic reaction, excessive exposure to heat and chemical fumes, malnutrition and hormonal imbalances..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can be diagnostic..
As of now you can start using creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin.
Wash your face with glycolic acid and salicylic acid containing facee wash.
Take Vitamin C supplements .
Exfoliate your skin with a gentle face scrub twice a week..
Drink plenty of water..
Apply sunscreen lotion when going into sun..
