Why Is My Stomach Constipated And Mouth Dry?
I'm 21 years old, healthy and this is my first time getting food poisoning. I've had food poisoning 2 days ago and now I can eat a little and keep fluids down, but my stomach feels constipated and every time I eat it's unsettling and makes me feel a little sick. Also my mouth is tasteless and dry.
