Why Is My Testicle So Tight?
I have had a tight left testicle for the last few weeks, it is not sore to touch, but I have also been getting pains in my lower legs and feet and feeling dizzy, this seems to have gone mostly now but I still have a tight left testicle which is casing me some discomfort, any help would be greatly appreciated.
