Why Is My Toddler Not Eating Well And Has Foul Smelling Yellow Stools?
Hello. My 2 year old has been unwell since 4am Thursday morning. He hasnt eaten much but is drinking occassionaly. He has got a lot of wind and his stools are very watery and yellow and smell of fish. He is sleeping a lot aswell. Have you got any advise please. Thank you. He went to the Doctors yesterday and they said he has a bug.

Foul smelling stools means some GIT infection.Which itself is a cause of poor appetite.
Take care of hydration by giving him plenty of liquids in sips.
Some GIT specific Antibiotic ( preferable after culture) will releive him of the disease.y
