Why Is One Of My Eyes More Puffier Than The Other?

Dear Doctor, Whenever I smile, my left bottom eyelid is puffier than the other thus, creating a visible line making my eye smaller than the other. And when I don t smile, it doesn t show. I been having this for 10 years now. I ve never experienced any pain at all. I was just wonder if it s normal to have it and what are ways to fix it? Thank you.

it is a constitutional problem with you. except some cosmatic problem it does not give you any other eye problem. sowhy to worry. forget it and accept as normal.
