Why Is One Unable To Conceive?

I have been trying to conceive for 3 months, my doc gave me siphene, progynova, duphaston, folvite and hyponidd. Along with this i am taking thryonorm 50mg. My follicular study ia normal with follicle rupturing after it is 18x18 for 2 months. Am I doing the right treatment, why am i not concieving then?
