Hello, thanks for your question, Mr..
First, congratulations for you got married 5 months ago!
Now, let me consult on what you wanna know.
Sperm coming out from the vagina after having intercourse is a usual matter, as natural, due to the anatomical structure of the female reproductive tract and as both semen and vaginal fluid are watery. And not the whole amount of semen and sperms are needed to concieve. And, it's still impossible to say that someone is infertile or subfertile when conception is not achieved after 5 months of intercourse. It is said when conception is not achieved after 1 year of regular intercourse.
Also, the days of intercourse, also plays a role. For example, the interval of 14 days ± 3 days before the next
menstruation is the most possible days to gain conception as it is the time when ovulation occurs. Ovulation is also disturbed by some minor factors such as physical and mental
stress, and probably due to some medications, especially
hormonal treatments. If no such factor is found, everything is alright, conception not gained for 1 year after regular intercourse, if then, you should consult with specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecologist for further advices.
Thank you.
Best of luck, Mr..
