Why Is Stomach Sore During 4 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

im 4 weeks pregnant and my stomach is very soar mainly on the lower left side and it is uncomfortable 2 sleep on. this is my fourth pregnancy and i dont recall this happining so soon before. is there a reason for this, Could i be further a long than i think or maybe twins?

Hi,
At 4 weeks pregnancy, even with twins there shouldnt be pain due to the pregnancy. The size of the uterus isnt big enough yet. Do an ultrasound to rule out any other pathology.
