Why Is The C-Section Incision Smelly And Red?

hello, I had my third c section one year ago, I went to the 30 day check up and the dr said everyting looked fine with my insicion, however one year later on one side of my insicion it is very red and te scar has a diffrent feel then the rest of it,it is also very senisitive to the touch, I have no pain or itcyness what bothers me is that when i touch this side it is moist, like a clear discharge that does have a odor. this has been happening for quite a few months, should i be worried or is this normal? i do have a lovely little flap that cover the insicion also.
