Why Is The Back Roof Of My Mouth So Dry And Rough?
Hi doctor, i'm having a very uneasy feeling in the back roof of my mouth, feels kinda dry and rough. And the inside of my cheeks are also rough too. I had a torchlight to look closer at it i saw many very small white spots scattered around. I'm freaking out. Can i know what is going on?
Hi, thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern. Regarding the white spots inside your cheek,if it doesn't lead to any problem, then it might be a normal sebaceous glands .Nothing to do for this, unless it causes any problem.
Regarding the dryness in your mouth,it might be due to mouth breathing due to Nasal blockage.
If you are suffering from Nasal blockage, then you may use decongestant Nasal drops like Oxymetazoline. Also do steam inhalation.
Also drink plenty of fluids. Take Vitamin C lozenges.
Hope this answers your question.Take care.
