Hello, these past few days I have noticed my neck (especially the backpart or the neck) is becoming itchy and having rough texture, I tried looking at it with my phone camera and I saw big dark line (I have a pale warm skintone so I don t think the pigmentation is caused by my skincolor) also my hair is really itchy but I m using the same shampoo and my hair never itch like it before. Also noticed a red itchy spots on my arm and legs.
