Why Is The Numbness In Hands While Sleeping Which Are On And Off And Carpel Tunnel Has Been Ruled Out?
I often wake in the night with numb hands. I shake them for a while and they are ok, go to sleep again and wake up when they are numb again. I sleep on my side. I am a 62 year old female and have had this problem for a long time. Carpel tunnel has been ruled out. - Judy
