Why Is The Painful Burning Sensation In Vagina On And Off Having Urine Tests Normal?

Hello, for the past 2 years I have been experiencing a very painful burning sensation inside of my vagina off and on. I will go a few days without the pain then one day I will wake up and use the restroom and it will be there. Sometimes sitting in a cold/hot bath for a while helps but not always. I am 16 years old and not sexually active. I have had urine tests in the past but nothing came up. I am scared to go to the gyno as well..

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there might be some organic problem of uterus, or the ovaries. There may be some infection like trichomoniasis or candidiasis.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have the M.R.I. for confirmation.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
