Why Is The Painful Lump On The Shin After An Injury Not Subsiding?
Received kick on inside of shin during soccer game 2 weeks ago. Bruising gone away. A large hard painful to touch knot remain. What should I do? It's also painful above the knot about to mid way to the knee...only when touched. It's not painful to walk but when I extend my foot upward or point heel downward there is pain.

This may be due to internal bleeding that occurred during injury. You need to apply warm compression and take NSAID with serratiopeptidase that will help in reducing pain and inflammatory swelling. If infected then needs antibiotic treatment. Better to get examined by your doctor once.
