Hello ma'am and welcome.

A physical examination would be mandatory and also to run through a few possible symptoms of infections to rule out/diagnose the same.

Other possible causes could be rough sexual intercourse causing injury, hormonal changes, etc. Please do visit your doctor at your earliest convenience.

Causes could include a hormonal imbalance, infections, injury, endometrial abnormalities, etc.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
