Why My 2 Years Old Is Still Getting Abdominal Pains?
Hey, I have a 2yr old and he was diagnosed of being anemic and since then he is constantly getting sick and we tested him for worms but none were found and im giving him iron vitimins and what not but he still has adominal pains and pinkish circles under his eyes and doesnt gain any weight. Im in need of other opinions and getting more and more scared....

Hi, since the child is anemic, possibility of worms is very likely. Sometimes, the iron syrup also causes abdominal pain.
In my opinion, you should do stool routine microscopy test, ultrasound abdomen to find the cause for abdominal pain. You can also stop iron for 1 week and see whether its because of iron syrup. Give Cyclopam Syrup 5 ml sos.
