Why My Adam's Apple Is Growing?
My adams apple simply feels like its growing and there is crunching under the adams apple when i move it side-to-side. i do have a cough right now with green discharge. im just making sure i dont have something more serious going on. i am 23 and have a histroy of smoking

Adams apple grows with the age and not just like that.
Crunching sound is because of the vertebral column behind on which you rub the windpipe.
For cough you need to consult a physician and get medicines for that like antibiotics .
You should stop smoking now itself as smoking itself produces cough which is smokers cough or allergic cough without any infection inside the chest.
