Why My Baby Is Not Eating Anything?

Hi
My 17th month old baby from one week eating not any thing,plz help me what happens to her,only night time drinking milk, in day time not eating. I will try variety of food but no use. She is not opening mouth. Plz help me Iam worry about her. Doctor told don't force. If she will hungry she eat. Every food break time 3 hrs giving but no use what happens to her plz tell me. Thank u

The babies at that age are more interested in play.
You have to take more time for feeding the baby.
Feed while telling a story or singing a song.
Make the feeding a pleasant experience for the baby.
Appreciate her and reward her if she eats and do not get annoyed if she doesn't.
Feed those foods the child likes most.
