Why My Daughter Is Vomiting With Pain In Stomach?

Hi,
My 2 year old daughter woke up vomiting for no apparent reason not to mention she has 3 small red spots on her cheeks? What could this be? Should I take her to urgent care? Her pediatrician isn't in office today? I'm concerned because she says her tummy hurts but I don't know why?
Any advice?

i not think much problem , give syp domperidone 2.5 mg for vomiting . give some antacid like digiene for tummy that is hurting .
