my daughter is 7yrs and her tongue is always out making a noise. why is that please help me

I would suggest you to get an ENT opinion on this, since any tonsils,infections, throat swellings like lymph nodes, cysts, etc may enlarge in size and cause discomfort in swallowing and breathing, causing the tongue to protrude, if everything is normal, she may be doing it as a habit to avoid eating.
