Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Looking at the clinical history, I can comment as follows:
1. Sudden blood flow to the gut, reduces flow in the lower limb blood vessels causing weakness.
2. Arteries in the blood vessels are already narrowed, any reduced blood supply, can lead to weakness.

I would advise regular walking along with nutritional diet. Meal should be multiple and small.
