Why My Kid Is Not Having Breast Feed Properly?

Hi.My Baby is 48 days old and he is not giving burp after 45 mins also and removes milk at the time of feeding again.Our doctor has recommended some position like to keep his stomach on our shoulder and pat on his back but still he is not giving burp.
And after giving burp also he is removing out milk after regular intervals.
We are giving him pernorm drops,Nasomist Drops for Nose conjestion.Junior Lanzol 15 (cipla)

Kindly advice.

If your baby is gaining weight well and active developmentally normal, there is no need to worry even if h doesn't burp or if he brings out food while burping. Please get back with the below details -

1. What was his birth weight ?
2. What is his present weight ?
