off in on my 6 year old falls asleep within 30 minutes throws up everything eaten that day. she seems fine throughout the day today complains about a slight headache but then at night shortly after going to bed wakes up kindof out of it and then throws up

Gastro Oesophageal reflex GER could be the reason for such vomiting.
Head end to be slightly raised while sleeping.
Some PPI like LANSOPERAZOLE/ESPERAZOLE to be given gor about six to eight week.
