Why My Lips Are Swollen?

I had a tumor removed from my face and it came back that there was some type of auto immune disease. The blood test showed none however 8 months later I have had a baby and my lips are swollen I went to the dentist and he asked did I have an auto immune diseas because it is showing in my gums. WHat could it be and will this swelling go down

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. We are looking at a possible sjogrens syndrome.
2. Causes dryness of mouth, eyes due to involvement of glands.
3. Infection becomes more common.
4. Need to keep your self hydrated. More clinical details, lab investigations and medication details needed for further opinion.
