Why My Lower Abdomen Is Feeling Full?
Dull constant ache in lower abdomen almost like my pelvic bone is bruised just had my yearly done a month ago and everything was normal. Ended my period last week my lower abdomen feels full but haven t had the urge to urinate. What could it be?! YYYY@YYYY

Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to bloating. I suggest using Simethicone medications three times a day. I also suggest to avoid constipation and avoid food the can trigger the symptoms such as high fat foods.
