Why My Mother Is Experiencing Fatigue And Weakness?
My mother, who has travelled from a dry heat location to the one with humidity/ rain, has been experience increased level of fatigue, weakness and heaviness thoughout the day. She has not undertaken any extreme physical activity, andthis sudden weakness is surprising. She is 62 years old.

Anaemia is a term used when the hemoglobin level in your blood is below the normal level.
I'd suggest you to get your blood hemoglobin tested and confirm the findings. If detected, then it is a curable conditions. You'll be required to take Iron supplements in the form of tablets or injections, depending upon the degree of your anemia. It is also essential to find out the cause of anemia, for which you'd have to visit your treating doctor and get investigated accordingly.

cause may be dehydration. excessive sweating causes loss of water and electrolytes which gives rise to neuromuscular weakness. adequate intake of water etc is helpfull,.and electolytes like sodium,potassium
