Hello and welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I am so sorry to hear about your mother's condition.
Unfortunately this is not a very hopeful situation if your mother has been in a coma since 2012, and we are now in 2017.
The brain hemorrhage your mother suffered most likely damaged a large area of her brain, and even though the doctors tried to help her with the operation, they were not able to do so.
We do hear sometimes of miracle cases when patients do wake up and open their eyes after several years spent in a coma, but these are very rare and unique cases.
At this point it is likely that medicine can't help your mother, but you can always pray for a miracle.
I hope you find my answer helpful, although I know is is not what you wanted to hear.
Regards
