Why My Nose Feels Numb After Being Hit By Car Door?

I hit the top of my head very hard on the top of my car door frame when getting into the car. My head hurt mildly and constantly for 3 days and my forward and nose feels strange, almost numb like. It has now been 4 days and my head does not hurt so much but my nose still has a numbing feeling. Should I be concerned?

Don't worry, the sensatiins will go away in next few days..if u see any deviated nasal bridge..get an xray done to rule out any fractures
