Why My Period Got Skipped When Not Pregnant?

Hi, I am writing to you for my periods prob. I skip my cycle in Feb and I am not pregnant. I never skipped a cycle before. It can be delayed by max of 13 days but never skipped. Should I go and see a doc immediately? I am overweight & I have been overweight from my 20s & now I am 31. Please help as I am really worried. Let me tell you I have been stressed during last month but I don't know if I can classify it really intense

Being overweight causes many hormonal changes in body . One of them is changing the level of active component of sex hormones which regulate menstrual cycles. It could be a case of PCOD where cycle irregularities is very common and probably is going to increase with time. You better start thinking on weight reduction and moderate exercise daily routine
