my son is one and half year old, and just from two days i notice that one testis( male reproductive system) is much bigger than the other, and i felt there is like a cyst in the bigger one.

he may have a congenital hydrocoele. your dr or a urologist should be able to confirm. these usually disappear by themselves. there are other causes of testicular swelling and so he should be checked out.
