Why Spitting Yellowish Saliva With Breathing Difficulty And Chest Pain After Panic Attack?

Ok so when I wake up I spit like orange/yellowish saliva and I just noticed it right now before I brushed my teeth. It s been happening for the last few days.Also, I ve been having difficulty breathing and chest pains sometimes and for the last few months but whenever I go to the doctor about it they tell me it s anxiety and everything will be ok but I don t know... I ve had anxiety attacks before and all of this started after a panic attack when I was hyperventalating and having troubles breathing...Please help me, I m worried

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Anxiety and panic attacks are the likely causes for your symptoms.
But better to get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out bronchitis.
If PFT is normal then no need to worry for bronchitis.
It is anxiety and panic attack, responsible for your symptoms.
Better to consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions, try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too. Avoid stress and tension. Be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
