Why The Reheptin And Zinox Prescribed After The GIST Operation?
Hello,my mother had a GIST operation recently.Post operation she has been given medicines called Reheptin ,Zinox(200mg),Nurokind Gold Sachet & Fourtz BZ Plus.As per doctor these are the medicines used for recurrence.Please help me in having a better understanding .

Well,reheptin is used for liver diseases such as fatty liver or cirrhosis and zinix is antibiotic so none of these is chemotherapy or some medication for tumor.If tumor was removed then there is no need for chemitherapy.
