Why The Baby Does Not Turn Around And Sit Properly Without Help?

My baby girl is now 10.7kg in 6 1/2 month. She is active but does not turn around(did once or twice or do when she really wants to get some toys - not often though). She can not sit properly without help. She wants to stand up with the help of someone and she will be happy than sitting or lying in bed. Is there anything to worry with the weight ? She is active in laughing/smiling/fighting etc

your baby girl is doing good according with her age. she is having normal developmental milestones. regarding her weight , she should be around 7kgs for her age and over weight is not a problem for lying or sitting positions.
