Why The Bruise Is Not Getting Cured Even After A Month?

I had a bruise when i was playing soccer and i got cleated in the thigh. It left a huge purple/yellow/blue bruise for a month. After 3 months i have a dent and a little black mark in my thigh that wont go away. Is this normal? Will it fill in the little dent?
