Why The Child Is Crawling On Feet?

I babysit a three year old boy who I believe is ADHD and possibly slightly autistic, his Grabndmother says the same about him (and she's a retired nurse) Everything about him is delayed, and his mom is very loving but 100% in denial. n I noticed the boy (not all the time) but its gotten much more frequent walks barefoot with his toes curled under (walks on the knuckles of his toes) I tried to do it, way way way to painful so I don't know why he does this. SAnd if you saw his feet they look absolutely normal no weird toes or anything

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion he seems to have some sensory issues. Children having sensory processing disorders may have such issues.
I would also suggest you see a developmental and behavioural paediatrician to get a proper diagnosis for him. So that appropriate therapy may be started.
I hope I have helped you
Thank you
