Why The Head Of The Penis Itches And Tickles?

Hi, i've been itching on my butt, thighs, and crotch area for several weeks now. I went to the doctor and they said it was probably an ingrown hair but i think it's something else. i have a weird red rash on the head of my penis, and my penis doesn't hurt. It more so itches and tickles. i have several bumps on my legs/butt as well. pleasee help

Dear since when you're suffering from this problem? Just several weeks??? Have started using any new soaps or moisturizing lotions??

It may be due to contact dermatitis due to new cosmetics, other causes are Jack itch due to fungal infection, it may be due to balanitis, or psoriasis etc. Use Candid b gel at local area. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
