Why The Menstrual Periods Are Stopped For The Past 3 Months?

Hi dear doctor my name is alveena nabeel my age is 28 my marriage time 7 year s I have a 5 year old son my first delivery was normal now I want pregnant again but my periods are stop last 3 months I checked many times but results are nagitve am not pregnant but my periods stoped why. ?

In my opinion you should undergo tests like LH, FSH, prolactin, thyroid hormones.
Ultrasound pelvis to see your uterine lining thickness and also presence of any component of PCOS.
Presently you need to take tablets called primolut N to get withdrawl bleeding.
