Why The Nipples Are Cracking During Pregnancy?

my girlfriend who is 22 years old is pregnant, and she started to have a black small pimple like scattered on her nipples only. i once tried to remove it, it has no pain. her nipples is also cracking near the center. is it normal for pregnant women? how to treat it.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion it might be due to skin dryness .Apply moisturizer.If associated with itching antihistamines can be taken.But take dermatologist opinion if not subsiding.Dont scratch.
