Help.am 20 wkd pregnant.am always out of breath.feel dizzy most of the time and my pulse rate gets very high.am a very active person and always on the move.pulse rate gets 100 and at night gets 98.is it something to worry about.am 30years old.am 67 kilos at the moment.

Hi, Pulse rate is usually higher with advancing pregnancy. Being out of breath also happens commonly. It usually gets relieved when you lie on your left side. But if it happens often, or increases in intensity, then consult your doctor.
