hi i have been monitored for folicular growth from past two months.last month there is no growth so doctor told is non ovulatory. now after my periods from day9 she is monitoring me foor the same. now the folical is growing on my day15 it is 17mm and day16 it is 19mm, but on my day 17 it came down again to 17mm. why this happens? will this be a fertile cycle or not.
The follicle of 19 mm is considered to be a dominant follicle, and should ideally rupture by day 17. If it has not ruptured and has started regressing in size, then it is not likely to rupture, and the cycle will not be fertile.
