Hi - I am a 40 yr old healthy woman, had a 8 hr. stomach virus 2 days ago. Urine is dark and experiencing foul-smelling discharge from vagina. Am I just dehydrated or could I have gotten an infection from so much diarerah? I bought some Monistat, would that help?
