Hi, I m 27 male, my voice has been cracking more than usual the last few months. It usually seems to crack more after exercise when my mouth is dryer than normal. I don t think I am necessarily talking or yelling too much during the exercises and even if I were it doesn t seem like it would be enough to be significant. Do I have any cause for concern?
I think you should check with ENT specialist to see what is wrong with your voice cracking. It could be a case of chronic laryngitis, however we should rule out other more serious problems. Meanwhile keep good throat hygiene. Di frequently gargle with warm water and salt.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
