Why There Is Pain In Right Spermatic Cord?
im a 43yr old male, relatively good health. I've been having pain in my right spermatic cord for about a month now, and there is a knot in it also. it seems to feel better for about a day when i ejaculate. im very nervous about going to a doctor about this also.

It could be torsion of the testicle along with the spermatic cord. I would suggest to get an USG for this. You'll feel better after the treatment.
