Why There Is Ringing Sensation With Crackling Sound And Heaviness In My Ear?

Attention ENT Doctor : Dear Doctor, my medical case: i an 26 years old male I met with a injury to my left ear 9 months back - a blow accompanied by loud music and was on alcohol intake then my left ear drum perforated Post that i consulted a ent and my ear drum was healed completely 4 days post that.. audiogram results are fine i have a mild ringing sensation and crackling sound and ear heaviness at times when i wake up in the mornings for a short while Thanks

Hi,
Since your doctor has told your perforation has healed and your audiogram was normal, so, the symptoms what you are experiencing now has nothing to do with previous injury. As you are only experiencing crackling sound and mild ringing it doesn't look like a serious problem, anyway please do consult an Ent specialist just to be on safer side, take care...
