Why There Is Tightness And Heaviness Around The Ribcage And Weird Feeling On The Stomach Skin ?

I feel like I have a band around my ribcage under my breast and a weird feeling when I touch my stomach skin.
I am not having any kind of pain and have not had any surgery for anything. This feeling just started a week ago
after I had taken my bath and done exercise. I have been weighing myself daily, and nothing seems to be
changing. I also notice some feeling in my knees when using stairs such as tightness and heaviness in my upper legs.
Still no weight gain though I show my weight in the stomach area

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
I think it can be due to muscle strain following weight lifting or muscle spasm.
Generally as you have symptoms both in abdomen and knee it most probably may be due to muscle spasm which may be due to low calcium levels as calcium is important for muscles relaxation.
You need to get your vitamin d and calcium levels.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
