Why Would I Need A Scan For The Pain In Right Side?

I have kidney stones and had them blasted a few weeks ago. I have a stent in and keep getting UTIS. I had a blood test done and my LFTS were high and I have been sent for a scan. I have right flank pain why would I need a scan as scared stiff at min as I don t know why I am having one. It s not to do with the kidney stones tho

have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have history of kidney stones and treatment. You also have frequent uti. Now you have flank pain and high liver function test. You should go for complete liver function test, kidney function test and ultrasound abdomen.
