Why Would One Experience Cramps, Headaches, Fatigue And Tenderness In Breasts After Having Tubes Tied?

Have had tubes cut, burnt and tied 13 yrs. experiencing symptoms such as light spotting the past 2 weeks and breast tenderness. The past 2 days experiencing slight cramps, bleeding increased but is now tapering off after 2 days, headaches, fluttering sensations in mid/lower stomach, lower back pain, fatigue. Could they be signs of pregnancy?

It's rare to conceive after 13 years of tube tying.But with rare posseblity of recanalisation, you can get your blood HCG test for exclusion of pregnancy.
Your age seems to be around forty,so the light spotting since last 2 weeks,breast tenderness,head aches,fluttering sensation in stomach mostly is from-
Hormonal changes , indigestion,calcium deffisiensy,refractory error, psychological symptoms of pre menopause ( Depending on age)
With advancing age a regular & ideal lifestyle,exercises,wearing spectakles of proper number, a regular medical advice is essential.
